Our History
Founded in 1980 by my father with just one hive as a hobby, the farm has since grown into a commercial operation with over 2,000 hives. Now led by Ben Bruce, we prioritize quality and purity, offering honey that is never pasteurized or blended with inferior honey.
Our honey undergoes strict quality control to ensure food safety, earning accolades like Georgia’s Best Tasting Honey and the UGA Flavor of Georgia Award. With a commercial honey packing facility and retail location, we’re proud to continue our family tradition of producing the finest honey, and we’re confident you’ll taste the difference!
Expanding Operations
Bruce’s Nut-N-Honey Farm, LLC has expanded its operations in recent years, now migrating bees to Florida for Orange Blossom Honey and partnering with farmers for crop pollination. However, our primary focus remains the production of our rare Gallberry, Comb, and Wildflower honey.

The sweet details in our jars...
Each jar of our honey is filled with 100% pure, unadulterated USA honey—never pasteurized or blended with inferior honey. Whether it's Gallberry, Orange Blossom, Private Selection, or any other variety, you're getting exactly 16 ounces of that specific honey. We hope you taste the difference in our award-winning honey and reconsider "honey-flavored" products often found in supermarkets.
