Saw Palmetto is our darkest honey in color and most robust in flavor. It is set apart by the deep amber color and full bodied flavor. Sourced from the Saw Palmetto that grows profusely in South Georgia and Florida, this rare honey is seldom tasted outside the borders of Florida and South Georgia! Some of our customers have compared its flavor to old fashioned cane syrup. This honey is a great compliment to smoked or cured meats such as ham, turkey and sausage.
